Deskripsi Mata Kuliah

Objective: Students will be able to analyze and apply the principles of technopreneurship to develop a business model and pitch their business idea. 

Assessment: Students will create a business canvas and deliver a pitch presentation for their technopreneurship idea.

Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah   

  1.  Understanding the concept of Technopreneurship and its importance in the modern business world. 
  2. Identifying and evaluating opportunities and challenges in technopreneurship.
  3. Applying design thinking principles to develop innovative and viable business ideas. 
  4. Understanding the components of a business canvas and using it to create a comprehensive business model.
  5. Developing effective communication and presentation skills for pitching a business idea.

Opening: Begin the lesson by asking students to share their favorite technology-driven businesses or start-ups. Discuss the reasons behind their choices and what makes these businesses successful. This will engage students and capture their interest in the topic of technopreneurship. 

 Introduction to New Material: Present the key points of the lesson through a combination of lecture, multimedia presentations, and real-world examples. Address the common misconception that technopreneurship is limited to the technology industry, emphasizing that it can be applied across various sectors. 

 Guided Practice: Divide students into small groups and provide them with case studies or scenarios related to technopreneurship. Guide them through analyzing the opportunities and challenges presented and encourage them to brainstorm innovative solutions. Monitor their progress and provide guidance and feedback as needed. 

 Independent Practice: Assign students the task of creating a business canvas for their own technopreneurship idea. Provide them with a template and clear instructions on how to complete each section. This assignment will require students to apply the principles learned earlier in the lesson and demonstrate their understanding of the topic. 

 Closing: Have each group present a brief summary of their business idea and the key elements of their business canvas. Encourage class discussion and provide feedback on the presented ideas. Summarize the main concepts covered in the lesson and emphasize the importance of technopreneurship in today's business landscape.
